What is Avaha?

"Avaha" - in Sanskrit is derived from the root "vāha," which means "to carry" or "to bring." often symbolizing the flow or movement of energy, breath, or spiritual qualities.

We honor the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected forces. Our approach is to nurture the whole person, facilitating healing from within.

In Hebrew, "Avaha" (אָבָה) means "to desire" or "to wish." It expresses a sense of yearning, willingness, or acceptance, often with a deep or heartfelt inclination.

Founder’s Note

My journey started the same as everyone else’s - full of pain and traumas. It is an inevitable part of the human experience. As I went through my own healing journey, it occured to me that real healing is not about avoiding the pain, it is really about accepting and knowing that despite all the pain, we are still able to rise above it all. Every hurdle, challenge, and obstacle is a lesson - should we choose to see it that way. And with every lesson learned comes the gift of growth.
