I spent over a decade in fast-paced leadership environments. I know what it looks like to perform certainty you don't feel, to hold a team together while quietly falling apart, and to hit every external metric while something essential goes unmet.

That's not a failure story. That's almost everyone's story at a certain level of performance.

Across executive search, fintech, real estate, and facilitation — I was good at all of it. The harder question was which of it I actually wanted.

What changed for me was learning to see beneath the surface — my own, and eventually other people's. Through rigorous training in subconscious work, hypnotherapy, and nervous system-informed practice, I developed a precise, direct way of working with what's actually driving behaviour.

Avaha is what happened when I stopped softening that precision and started trusting it. The work is deep, honest, and — when the conditions are right — genuinely transformative.

The word Avaha came to my mind before I understood the meaning of it. When I looked it up, I found it twice — in Sanskrit, it means the flow of energy carried from within outward. In Hebrew, a deep yearning. A heartfelt inclination toward truth. Both were already pointing at the same thing: a container for what's already there to surface. That's still the most honest description of what this work is.
