Over six weeks, each leader works through the conditioning, inherited patterns, and unconscious operating systems that shape how they make decisions, hold power, and show up in rooms — especially under pressure. This is the foundational work that makes everything that follows possible.

PULSE is the organisational extension of UNFILTERED. When the leadership team has done the foundational inner work, PULSE takes that energy into the structure of the organisation itself — examining culture, communication patterns, collective unconscious bias, and the systems that either reinforce or interrupt what has been built.

This is not a culture survey or a values exercise. PULSE is a living diagnostic and intervention — designed to move the organisation from where its people's patterns have taken it, toward where it genuinely intends to go.
