When the leadership team has done the foundational inner work, PULSE takes that energy into the structure of the organisation itself — examining culture, communication patterns, collective unconscious bias, and the systems that either reinforce or interrupt what has been built.
This is not a culture survey or a values exercise. PULSE is a living diagnostic and intervention — designed to move the organisation from where its people's patterns have taken it, toward where it genuinely intends to go.
