Booking Terms & Conditions

    • Sessions are by appointment only. Clients can book appointments by phone, email, or through the online booking system.

    • Appointment is only confirmed upon payment of deposit

      (SGD 500 or IDR 500,000 for Indonesians for Deep State Therapy

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full session time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.

    • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling appointments.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of deposit.

    • In case of emergencies or sudden illness, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss options.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be entitled to a refund.

    • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept bank transfer, PayNow.

    • Payment plans or sliding scale fees may be available upon discussion and agreement between the client and therapist.

  • Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. All information discussed during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where required by law or with your written consent.

  • We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

  • Before starting sessions, clients will be provided with a client intake form outlining the purpose, process, and potential benefits and risks of therapy. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification as needed.

  • For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and accompany the minor during sessions, unless otherwise agreed upon with the therapist.

  • This booking policy may be updated or modified as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
